Manage applications in Console

Use Console to manage Identity Cloud applications. Applications provide a way to centrally manage your Identity Cloud infrastructure.

Application management

• View application information
  A brief note about the information that appears on the Manage Application page.

• View global settings
  Standard settings are categorized for you by Akamai. Custom settings that you create are grouped together in the Custom Settings category.

• Modify global settings
  As soon as you make a change, the new value is automatically propagated to all properties inheriting the setting.

• Create a global setting
  By default, any new setting you add at the application scopes is automatically inherited by all the properties in the application.

• Remove a global setting
  Removing a global setting also removes that setting from all API clients that used that inherited value.

• Access property settings from the Manage Application page
  Quickly jump from application settings to the settings for a specific property.
