Edit an alert definition

To edit an alert definition:

  1. Log in to Cloud Manager, expand Monitor in the main menu, and select Alerts.
  2. Use the search, filter, and sort tools to locate the alert definition you want to edit.
  3. Select **Edit ** from the options menu.
  4. Make the required changes. The following changes are permitted:
    • System alerts: You can assign or unassign entities.
    • User alerts: You can edit all definition details except for the selected service.
  5. Click Save to apply your changes.
