Quotas are account-level limits that manage resource usage for Block Storage volumes. Use these limits to ensure efficient storage allocation, maintain system stability, and plan for future growth.

Each quota is listed below along with the default values.

Per region quotas

Total number of volumes per account across all regions NOTE: Any account with more than 250 volumes deployed prior to September 22, 2026 will receive a 25% buffer to the existing volume count limits. For example, if you have 1000 volumes deployed, your new limit will be set at 1250 volumes.	250
