Delete an alert

Alerts are currently in beta, with new capabilities being phased in gradually. Databases is the first service for which Alerts are available.

System and user alerts can be enabled or disabled at any time.

  1. Log in to Cloud Manager, expand Monitor in the main menu, and select Alerts.
  2. Open the Definitions tab.
  3. Use the search, filter, and sort tools to locate the alert you want to change.
  4. Select Delete from the options menu. A confirmation modal appears.
  5. Type the name of your alert to confirm deletion, and then click Delete.

It may take up to five minutes for your alert to be fully deleted. A status of In Progress means your change is still being processed.

System alerts can't be deleted, but you can unassign entities.
