This behavior is in the Default Rule for an Object Delivery property to highlight its limitations.

How it works

You can't change the settings for this behavior. Note the crossed lock icon in the UI—. It's there to remind you that the following limitations apply:

• HTML files are not cached.
• There is a 100 MB maximum object size for content served through the property.

The Default Rule for your Object Delivery property must include Object Caching. If you delete the behavior, you'll see an error message and you'll need to re-add it.
