Create a destination

Create a destination to define where logs are delivered.

Before you begin, ensure that:

To create a destination in Cloud Manager:

  1. Log in to Cloud Manager, expand Monitor in the main menu, and select Logs.

  2. On the Logs page, select the Destinations tab.

  3. Click Create Destination.

  4. Enter the destination details.

    The details required depend on the destination type that you select. All destinations require a name. Additional requirements for Object Storage include storage location and credentials, and for Custom HTTPS include endpoint and authentication settings. See Destination attributes for descriptions of these fields.

  5. (Optional) Test the connection.

  6. Click Create Destination.
