Use Google Authenticator for TOTP on end-user's device

If the end-users wish to receive second-factor tokens on a time-based one-time password authenticator third-party application, they can install Google Authenticator. See Get verification codes with Google Authenticator for either Android or iOS mobile or iPad device.

Follow the self-service instructions after installation on the end-users mobile device.

Make sure the user's device is not in Do not disturb mode. This prevents the user from receiving authentication text messages or pop-up notifications.
