Enable service/debug mode

You can enable service and debug mode to allow ​Akamai​ support, professional services, or an ​Akamai​ representative to remotely troubleshoot an issue.

Please note, service and debug mode is a different functionality from remote debugging connectors.

  1. Log in to Enterprise Center as an administrator.

  2. In the Enterprise Center navigation menu, select Application Access > General Settings > Settings.

  3. In the Akamai Remote Support select Enable Service/Debug Mode.
    Deselect it, to disable the mode.

  4. Click Save.
    An edit icon appears at the top of the application when the service and debug mode is enabled.
