Enable service/debug mode

You can enable service and debug mode to allow ​Akamai​ support, professional services, or an ​Akamai​ representative to make any changes to application configurations, and remotely troubleshoot an issue.

Please note, service and debug mode is a different functionality from remote debugging connectors.

  1. Log in to Enterprise Center as an administrator.

  2. In the Enterprise Center navigation menu, select Application Access > General Settings > Settings.

  3. In the Akamai Remote Support select Enable Service/Debug Mode.
    Deselect it, to disable the mode.

  4. Click Save.
    An edit icon appears at the top of the application when the service and debug mode is enabled.


Service and debug mode is not available to trial customers.
