Download and install EAA Client on Windows

Install the EAA Client for Windows 7, Windows 10.

Prerequisite:
Confirm that your environment meets the system and network requirements.
You need Windows administrator rights.

1. Go to https://yourIdP.example.com, the IdP URL you created to connect to applications.
   You may be prompted to authenticate using single sign-on (SSO).

2. Click Download EAA Client.
   Login Portal suggests the download option for your computer's operating system.

   📘

   If you already have the EAA Client installed on another portal, when the page opens click Configure to reset the client for the current portal. An authentication succeeded message appears and informs that you have installed the client.

3. Click Download.

4. Open the location where you download files and double-click the client executable (.exe) file.
   After the install completes, the EAA Client icon appears in your taskbar.

Prerequisite:

You may need to change the Apple Security and Privacy setting to Allow apps downloaded from Apple Store and identified developers.

1. Go to https://yourIdP.example.com, the IdP URL you created to connect to applications.
   You may be prompted to authenticate using single sign-on (SSO).

2. Click Download EAA Client.
   Login Portal suggests the download option for your computer's operating system.

3. Click Download for Mac OS to download the EAA Client installer.

4. When prompted by your browser, save the download.

5. Open the location where you download files and double-click the EAAClient-<version>-osx-installer.dmg file.
   Follow the on-screen instructions to finish the installation.
   After the install completes, the EAA Client icon appears on your toolbar.

Setup and use EAA Client for Ubuntu desktop

You can set up the EAA Client 2.8.0 by downloading, verifying the signature of the downloaded client, and installing it on your Ubuntu desktop machine.
