Login Portal languages

The Login Portal detects the browser locale and display's that language automatically. The user need not manually select the language from the dropdown menu on the top-right corner of the Login Portal screen.

You can configure multiple languages for Login Portal and also select a primary language. If a language is not configured in EAA for the Login Portal, all texts are displayed in the set primary language or default language.

If only one language is set, this language is considered the primary language. If no languages are set, the default language is English.

Configure the Login Portal language

You can configure primary language for the Login portal for your organization. All of the texts are visible in this language.

  1. Log in to Enterprise Center.

  2. In the Enterprise Center navigation menu, select Application Access > Identity & Users > Identity Providers.

  3. Select the identity provider for which you want to set the language.

  4. Click Login Portal.

  5. Click Texts tab.

  6. Click Add Language (+).

  7. Select the language of your choice from the dropdown menu. The default language is English . Enable This is the primary language, to make it the primary language. To delete a language, click the trash icon. You can delete a language as long as it is not the primary language.

  1. Click Save, to save the changes.

  2. Click Save and Deploy, to save and deploy the IdP.

Set the Login Portal Texts UI elements

  1. Log in to Enterprise Center.

  2. In the Enterprise Center navigation menu, select Application Access > Identity & Users > Identity Providers.

  3. Select the identity provider for which you want to configure the UI elements.

  4. Click Login Portal.

  5. Click Texts tab.

To change any of the UI elements like Welcome, Username Hint, Password Change Label, Legal Disclaimer, New User Signup Label, Recovery Code MFA Admin Message, Logout Message, Access Denied Title, Access Denied Message, Device Posture Access Denied Title, Device Posture Access Denied Message, and Page Title, and Footer fields, enter the text in the selected fields.

  2. Click Save, to save the changes.

  3. Click Save and Deploy, to save and deploy the identity provider.
