Create a report
To create any Enterprise Application Access (EAA) report choose report type, specify time frame, and data you want to include in your report.
Preset report

Log in to EAA Management Portal.

In the EAA Management Portal navigation menu, select Reports > Activity > PRESET REPORTS.

Select a date range. Click the calendar to set a date range, or select a predefined time frame (from Yesterday to Last month).

Click Apply.

From Select Report, select the report type (for example Applications failed login).

Click View report.
The report result, a failed login attempts list, appears.
Application Access report

Log in to EAA Management Portal.

In the EAA Management Portal navigation menu, select Reports > Activity > APPLICATION ACCESS.

Select a date range. Click the calendar to set a date range, or select a predefined time frame (from Yesterday to Last month).

Click Apply.

To run the report for all applications during selected date range, click View Report.

In Select Applications, select the applications to include in the report.

In Select Criteria, select one criterion (for example Country).
-
In Add items enter the value you want to search for (for example, if you selected Country as the criterion, enter a country name). Separate values by a comma.

Click the Add icon. Another criteria menu appears.

Select one criterion from the menu and enter the value you want to search for.
You can repeat steps to add more criteria up to two more times. -
Click View Report.
The report results appear.
Admin events report

Log in to EAA Management Portal.

In the EAA Management Portal navigation menu, select Reports > Activity > ADMIN EVENTS.

Select a date range. Click the calendar to set a date range, or select a predefined time frame (from Yesterday to Last month).

Click Apply.

From Select Event, select an event type (for example Config).
-
From Select Resource, select a resource for the event type you selected (for example Directory).

Click View report.
The report result, Directories config list, appears.
SSH Audit report
Prerequisites:

The SSH auditing enabled for the SSH application (or applications) for which you want to create a report.

Enterprise Application Access (EAA) administrator rights.

Log in to EAA Management Portal.

In the EAA Management Portal navigation menu, select Reports > Activity > SSH AUDIT.

Select a date range. Click the calendar to set a date range, or select a predefined time frame (from Yesterday to Last month).

In Select Applications, select an SSH application or applications.

In Select Criteria, select one of the following criteria:

User. Enter a username or multiple usernames to filter results by username. Separate values by a comma.

Query. Enter commands to filter the log data.

Click View report.
The report results appear.
Enable SSH auditing
Enable the SSH application to record SSH traffic for SSH auditing.

Log in to EAA Management Portal.

In the EAA Management Portal navigation menu, select Applications.

Select the SSH application that you want to enable for auditing.

Go to application Settings > Advanced settings.

Click Show additional attributes.
-
In Miscellaneous, select Enable SSH audit.

Click Save and go to Deployment.
