Login Portal languages

Set the EAA Login Portal language and change the texts for the Login Portal's welcome banner, page title, legal disclaimer, and username hint, password change label and new user signup label field. Enterprise Application Access (EAA) supports English, German, French, Spanish, Japanese, Italian, Chinese and Polish.

You can configure multiple languages for Login Portal. You can also select a primary language. Login Portal communicates with the user's browser to determine the language to display. If this language is not configured in EAA for the Login Portal, it displays the texts in the set primary language or default language.

  • If only one language is set, this language is considered the primary language.

  • If no languages are set, the default portal language is English.

Set the Login Portal language and add text

  1. Log in to EAA Management Portal.

  2. In the EAA Management Portal navigation menu, select Identity > Identity providers.

  3. Select the identity provider that you want to configure.

  4. In Settings select CUSTOMIZATION.

  5. To change label name:

    a. Click Add Language.

    a. Select your Language.

    a. In the language you selected type the texts in all available fields.

    a. To set this language as the primary language for the Login Portal, enable Set as Primary.
    You can delete a Login Portal language when it is not set as the primary language.

  6. To change text, click Actions > Edit language.

  7. Click Done.

  8. Click Save and go to MultiFactor.
    To finish your work later click Save and Exit and keep your changes hidden.

  9. Deploy the identity provider.

Customize the Login Portal tab name in the browser

Add the tab name that appears in the browser when user opens Login Portal page. The default name of the tab in the browser for the login portal of the IdP is Login. If your organization has many identity providers (IdPs), you can customize the tab name to distinguish which IdP login portal has been launched. You can change the tab name for each of the languages you set.

  1. Log in to EAA Management Portal.

  2. In the EAA Management Portal navigation menu, select Identity > Identity providers.

  3. Select the identity provider that you want to configure.

  4. In Settings select CUSTOMIZATION.

  5. To change label name:

    a. Click Add Language.

    a. Select your Language.

  6. In Page title type the text that you want to appear as a tab name for portal.

  7. Click Done.

  8. Click Save and go to MultiFactor.
    To finish your work later click Save and Exit and keep your changes hidden.

  9. Deploy the identity provider.
