You can enable service and debug mode to allow Akamai support, professional services, or an Akamai representative to remotely troubleshoot an issue.
Please note, service and debug mode is a different functionality from remote debugging connectors.
Log in to EAA Management Portal as an administrator.
In the EAA Management Portal navigation menu, select System > Settings.
In the EAA Remote Support select Enable Service/Debug Mode.
Deselect it, to disable the mode.
Click Save and exit.
An edit icon appears at the top of the application when the service and debug mode is enabled.
Service and debug mode is not available to trial customers.
