Synopsis

Get rule formats.

Syntax

Get-RuleFormat [[-EdgeRCFile] <String>] [[-Section] <String>] [[-AccountSwitchKey] <String>]
 [-ProgressAction <ActionPreference>] [<CommonParameters>]

Description

Gets a list of available rule formats. Use the dated version strings from the operation's response to control the set of behaviors and criteria you invoke within an include's rules to apply to edge content.

To validate a rule tree to the requirements of a specific rule format, see the Get-RuleFormatSchema operation for details.

You can set properties to a static rule format with the Set-PropertyRules operation.

-AccountSwitchKey

Account switch key, for use when you have access to multiple accounts and need to specify which one to use. Account switch keys can be found using Get-AccountSwitchKey.
