Remove a custom deny action.

Description
Deletes a custom deny action from a specific configuration version. You can't delete a custom deny action that is actively in use. To delete the custom deny action, first, activate an older configuration version or create a new version without the policy in place.
When making a request, you can specify a configuration by its name or ID. The -VersionNumber
parameter is an integer or the word latest
.
