Modify a rate policy action.

Updates the actions in a rate policy.
When making a request, you can specify a configuration with the -ConfigName or -ConfigID parameter.
The -VersionNumber parameter is an integer or the word latest.
To specify a policy, use the -PolicyName or -PolicyID parameter.
Parameters
‑AccountSwitchKey |
An account credential key that lets you move between accounts when using an API client enabled for multiple accounts. To find account switch keys, use Get-AccountSwitchKey. |

The IPv4 action to assign to this rate policy. Bot Manager policy actions: monitor. Reports the request and halts further evaluation.
delay. Waits 1-3 seconds before responding.
slow. Waits 8-10 seconds before responding.
deny. Blocks the request.
tarpit. Keeps the connection open but does not respond.
none. No action taken.
deny_custom_{id}. Applies your custom deny action.
cond_action. Acts based on customized criteria like client attributes, schedule, percent of traffic.
serve_alt. Serves different content from an alternate origin, cached pages, or fake content.
challenge. Inserts a CAPTCHA, cryptographic, or behavioral challenge.
