Remove a URL protection policy.

Description
Deletes the specified URL protection policy. You can't delete a URL protection policy that's actively in use. To delete an active URL protection policy, either activate an older configuration version or create a new version without the policy in place.
When making a request, you can specify a configuration by its name or ID. The -VersionNumber parameter is an integer or the word latest.
