View the enrollment email details

Follow this procedure to learn about the capabilities that let you view and manage the enrollment emails that were sent to recipients in ​Akamai MFA​.

  1. In the Enterprise Center navigation menu, select Multi-factor Authentication > Email Management.
    This automatically opens the Emails tab and displays the enrollment emails sent to new users within the last 30 days. Each row corresponds to an enrollment email sent to a particular user.

  2. To display more emails on the page, click Show more.

  3. To resend the enrolment email to a particular user, hover over their account and click Resend email.

  4. To download the csv file with the content of the Enrollment emails table, click Download CSV.

  5. To view the details of the last enrollment email sent to the user on the Users page, follow these steps:
    a. In the Enterprise Center navigation menu, select Multi-factor Authentication > Identity & Users > Users.
    b. Hover over the user status field.
    This reveals a message containing the enrollment email status and the date when this status was updated.

  6. To check the enrollment email information in the user profile, follow these steps:
    a. In the Enterprise Center navigation menu, select Multi-factor Authentication > Identity & Users > Users.
    b. Click the username to switch to the user profile.
    c. On the user profile page, navigate to the summary panel where you can view the enrollment email status and the date when this status was updated.
