Search and filter group list

For troubleshooting purposes, you can search and filter the list of configured groups. As searching and filtering criteria, you can use a group name or the date of the last update.

How to

  1. In the Enterprise Center navigation menu, select Multi-factor Authentication > Identity & Users > Groups.

  2. To search, click Search.

  3. Enter a search term. For example, you can search for a given group account name.
    A list of results appears based on the provided search term.

  4. To sort the data displayed in the table, click the arrow in one of the following table headers: Name or Updated. For example, you can sort the data by the last update to find the recently modified group accounts.
    This lets you order the content of the selected table column in ascending or descending order.
