Display the installation help page

With the installation Help button, you have quick access to the data necessary to install the Akamai MFA mobile app on your mobile device and enroll your security key as your secondary authenticator.

In the authentication prompt, click Help.
The Installation help menu displays the following capabilities:

a. QR code that you have to scan to activate your mobile device

b. Link to the mobile app for Android devices

c. Link to the mobile app for iOS devices

d. Link to the Google Chrome browser extension

e. Link to the Safari browser extension

f. Link to the Mozilla Firefox browser extension

g. Link to the Microsoft Edge browser extension
