Before you begin
You have enrolled and activated a mobile device in Akamai MFA.
Follow this procedure to delete your account from the Akamai MFA mobile app.
When you delete your account from the Akamai MFA mobile app on your registered device, this device is deactivated. This means that you won't be able to use this device to authenticate to your enterprise applications.
If you need to access enterprise resources, make sure you have another enrolled device that you can use for authentication purposes.
Open the Akamai MFA mobile app on your registered mobile device.
Long press one of the TOTP timer cards.
In the Remove account dialog, click Remove.
You've just deleted your account from the Akamai MFA app on your mobile device. Now you can't use this device to respond to the authentication challenges.
