Use a push MFA TOTP
Before you begin
TOTP stands for time-based one-time passcode and is also known as a soft token. This authentication method uses an algorithm to generate codes that you can enter to confirm your identity. The algorithm requires no internet connection to generate or verify the passcodes so it lets you authenticate even if you're off-line
When you try to open an enterprise application, you're prompted to select the secondary authentication method. Select the one-time code and the Akamai MFA service pushes a unique numeric code to your device. Submit the code to authenticate and access the required application.
How to
-
In the authentication prompt, select the One-time code by clicking Use a Passcode.

-
In the authentication prompt, enter the passcode and click Submit Code.
-
Akamai MFA displays a confirmation message and redirects you to the required enterprise app.
