Access Akamai MFA
Follow these steps to access Akamai MFA.
How to

Log in to Akamai Control Center.

In the Account menu, select the account or contract that you need.

In the Akamai Control Center main menu, select ☰ > Enterprise Security > Enterprise Center.
Enterprise Center is the management center that allows you to view and administer different Akamai enterprise services. -
In the Enterprise Center navigation menu, select Multi-factor Authentication. With the Multi-factor Authentication menu, you can manage the following aspects of the MFA service.

Reports. Lets you display and analyze the list of successful and failed authentication attempts performed in Akamai MFA.

Clients & Connectors that contains the EAA-specific Access and Identity Connectors feature that lets you provision users from your AD or LDAP services.

Integrations. Allows you to create new and review all configured integrations.

Policies. Lets you create, update, and review your access policies.

Identity & Users. Contains the following sections that let you provision and manage user and group accounts: Users, Groups, and User provisioning.
In the Identity & Users menu, you can also find the Directories capability that lets you provision users from your AD or LDAP services. -
Enrollment emails. Lets you monitor the enrollment emails that were sent to new users and customize their content.

General Settings. Lets you customize the MFA mobile app settings, manage hardware tokens, and track the deployed Policy changes.

Apart from the Akamai MFA navigation menu in Akamai Control Center that lets you perform administrative tasks, two other key elements of the Akamai solution include:

Akamai MFA mobile app. This is the end-user-facing capability that lets users self-enroll their mobile devices, such as smartphones or tablets, and respond to authentication requests. The mobile app is also an essential part of the phone security key authentication method.

Akamai MFA browser extensions. Together with the Akamai mobile app, this is a part of the phone security key solution that offers the benefits of FIDO2 standards and the frictionless end-user experience.
