Access Akamai MFA

Follow these steps to access ‚ÄčAkamai MFA‚Äč.

How to

  1. Log in to ‚ÄčAkamai Control Center‚Äč.

  2. In the Account menu, select the account or contract that you need.

  3. In the ‚ÄčAkamai Control Center‚Äč main menu, select ‚ėį > Enterprise Security > Enterprise Center.
    Enterprise Center is the management center that allows you to view and administer different ‚ÄčAkamai‚Äč enterprise services.

  4. In the Enterprise Center navigation menu, select Multi-factor Authentication. With the Multi-factor Authentication menu, you can manage the following aspects of the MFA service.

Apart from the ‚ÄčAkamai MFA‚Äč navigation menu in ‚ÄčAkamai Control Center‚Äč that lets you perform administrative tasks, two other key elements of the ‚ÄčAkamai‚Äč solution include:

  • ‚ÄčAkamai MFA‚Äč mobile app. This is the end-user-facing capability that lets users self-enroll their mobile devices, such as smartphones or tablets, and respond to authentication requests. The mobile app is also an essential part of the phone security key authentication method.

  • ‚ÄčAkamai MFA‚Äč browser extensions. Together with the ‚ÄčAkamai‚Äč mobile app, this is a part of the phone security key solution that offers the benefits of FIDO2 standards and the frictionless end-user experience.
