Prerequisites

In PacketFence:

• Download the PacketFence installation package. Next, follow the installation guidelines.

• You need a working PacketFence server. Check the system requirements and the OS installation guidance.

• You need a working configuration of your Radius client.

• You need a working AD or LDAP that is connected to PacketFence.

In the PacketFence Connection Profile, you need to define an authentication rule that Triggers Portal MFA or Triggers Radius MFA.
In Root Portal Module use the Default portal policy to define the MFA policy

In ​Akamai MFA​, users need to complete these steps:

• On their trusted device, users need to install the ​Akamai MFA​ mobile app. The app can be downloaded from the App Store (for iPhones) or Google Play Store (for Androids).

• Users need to enroll their trusted device in ​Akamai MFA​.
