View the entitlement code
View entitlement code
An administrator uses an entitlement code to activate ETP Client across enterprise devices in a network. An entitlement code can be provided in the device management solution that is used to install and activate ETP Client.
To view the entitlement code:
-
In the Threat Protection menu of Enterprise Center, select Clients & Connectors > ETP Clients.
-
Click the Configuration tab. The entitlement code is shown.
Rotate entitlement code
If you believe the entitlement code that you or an IT administrator used to install and activate ETP Client was stolen or leaked to an unauthorized party, you can generate a new code in Secure Internet Access Enterprise.
Rotating the code does not affect current installations of ETP Client. However, if you use a script, installation package, or machine image to perform the installation, you need to update the entitlement code in the process that you use for the installation.
To rotate the entitlement code:
-
In the Threat Protection menu of Enterprise Center, select Clients & Connectors > ETP Clients.
-
On the ETP Client tab, click the refresh button that is associated with the entitlement code field. A confirmation message appears.
-
Click Yes. A message appears to indicate the operation was triggered. Wait five minutes before using the code in a new ETP Client installation.
