Download Security Connector

Before you begin

Add a security connector.

Complete this procedure if you are deploying Security Connector on VMware ESXi or Microsoft Hyper-V.

📘

If you are deploying Security Connector on Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure, you do not download the image file from Enterprise Center. The image file is available in the Azure and AWS marketplaces.

To download Security Connector:

1. In the Threat Protection menu of Enterprise Center, select Clients & Connectors > Security Connectors.

2. In the ​Akamai​ Security Connector area, click the download icon.

3. Depending on the virtualization product, click one of these options:

   • To download Security Connector for VMware, click Download for VMware.

   • To download Security Connector for Hyper-V, click Download for Hyper-V.

   The virtualization files are downloaded to wherever your browser saves downloaded files.
