Before you begin

Make sure you:

• Have a MobileIron Cloud administrator account.

• Registered mobile devices in Mobileiron Cloud.

• Created users and groups that are associated with apps and devices.

To distribute ​ETP Client​ to your Android and iOS devices with MobileIron:

1. Add the mobile client to MobileIron

2. Upload ​SIA​ Proxy certificate to MobileIron

Add the mobile client to MobileIron

Complete this procedure to add the mobile client to MobileIron. This procedure imports the app directly from the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.

Before you begin

Make sure you have the entitlement code. For more information, see View entitlement code.

To add the mobile client to MobileIron:

1. Log in to MobileIron Cloud.

2. In the navigation menu, select Apps.

3. Click the icon that appears to the left of the search field.

4. Select Google Play or iOS Store depending on the device you need to support.

5. Search for and select ​ETP Client​, and then click Next.

6. (Optional) Add a description. You can also add or remove categories associated with the app.

7. Click Next.

8. Select whether you want to delegate the app to all spaces, and click Next.

9. Choose how you want the app distributed. You can distribute the app to everyone or create a custom configuration where specific users or groups are selected.

10. Click Next.

11. In the iOS Managed App Configuration section, click the plus sign icon and enter this key value pair for the entitlement code:

12. Select how you want this app configuration with the entitlement code distributed. You can distribute it to everyone or create a custom configuration where specific users or groups are selected.

13. Click Next.

14. Click Done.

Upload ​SIA​ Proxy certificate to MobileIron

Before you begin

Make sure you have the generated ​SIA​ Proxy certificate in a location that is accessible to you. For more information on downloading this certificate, see Download a certificate.

To add the ​SIA​ Proxy MITM TLS CA certificate to MobileIron and distribute this certificate to mobile devices:

1. In the MobileIron Cloud navigation menu, click Configurations.

2. Click Add.

3. In the search field, enter Certificates.

4. Click Next.

5. Enter a name for this configuration.

6. Click Choose to browse for the certificate or drag and drop the certificate file to the MobileIron interface.

7. Click Next.

8. Select the device group where you want to deploy this certificate.

9. Click Done.
