List custom behaviors

Lists the set of custom XML metadata behaviors configured for you by Akamai representatives. Referencing the relevant behaviorId from a customBehavior within the rule tree injects the custom XML within the rest of the rule tree's metadata XML. See Custom behaviors and overrides for guidance on custom overrides.
