Internal server error. The response's detail should clarify the problem.

This error may be caused by a number of reasons:

  • An issue with the ​Akamai​ servers, for example maintenance, software updates or upgrades,
  • Downstream applications and external services also experiencing problems,
  • Locked resources causing timeouts,
  • other known issues.

To resolve, try running an operation again or contact ​Akamai​ Professional Services for help.
