Beta Deletes a Rule Set that belongs to your account and is not referenced by any Cloud Firewall. If the Rule Set is still in use, it is marked for deletion and will be deleted once all references are removed.

If the Rule Set was created by a managed service (is_service_defined is true), it can't be deleted using a non-service account.
