    1. adding an Image and Video Manager rule to the property containing the domain with your images and videos
    2. adding an Image and Video Manager behavior to that rule
  5. Create or edit your image and video policies. You need different policies for images and videos. Image policies contain your image optimization and artistic transformation settings. Video policies contain your video optimization settings.

  6. Apply your policies. There are three ways to apply policies. Select the best method for your unique needs.

  7. Test on staging. Once a policy is saved, it is automatically activated on the staging network, where you can test whether it is being correctly applied to your images and videos.
