Before activating a Cloudlets policy, you'll need the current status of the policy version you want to activate.
Here are the possible activation statuses:
The policy version hasn't been activated.
The policy version is currently active (published) and its associated property version is also active.
The policy version was once activated but it was deactivated or replaced by another activation.
The policy version is moving through the activation workflow. For a given network, you can't activate a different policy version until the first activation is complete on that network.
The policy version activation was unsuccessful.
