Share a dashboard

Give other users in your tenant access to your dashboards. Your dashboard will be shared exactly how it appears in mPulse

In mPulse, click Central.
In the left pane, select Dashboards.
From the list, double-click the system dashboard that you want to share.
On the menu bar, click the Share Dashboard icon to open the Share Dashboard dialog.
Select an option, then click OK.
- Private Link (requires authentication when open). This option requires authentication.
- Public Link. This option does not require log in. mPulse adds read-only authentication to the URL, allowing others to view the dashboard.
To see dashboards that others in your tenant are sharing:
Click View existing shared URLs link.
At the bottom of the screen, click the Dependencies tab.
Click the URL link to see the dashboard.
