Create a new mPulse user

Suggest Edits

Give new users access to mPulse objects and resources.

Before you begin

Make sure that you have a role that includes the IDM: Users - Admin Access permission for the​Akamai Control Center​. For more information on managing users, see Identity and Access Management help.

How to

  1. Go to ☰ > ACCOUNT ADMIN > Identity & access.

  2. Click the Users and API Clients tab, then click Create user.

  3. Follow the prompts in the wizard.

  4. Click Submit. The user gets an email with their password.
