SLA Availability

This alert notifies you that the SLA availability fell below a set threshold.

The SLA Availability test measures the availability of the ​Akamai​ platform to your site. It checks whether the test object is accessible directly from your origin and via the edge.

You can set this alert to monitor one SLA test.

Notification time

  • New Alert - Up to one minute since the detection of the condition.
  • Alert Cleared - The condition is cleared for three to four minutes.

Threshold configuration

You need to set the minimum percentage of SLA availability necessary to trigger the alert.
