Assign an IdP to an application

Assign an existing IdP to an application. An application can have only one IdP, so the request fails with a 400 error if the application already has one. To replace it, unassign the existing IdP first.

To bulk-unassign IdPs from an application, set the method parameter to DELETE. Provide a body with a deleted_objects array containing the app-IdP association uuid_url values to remove. The API responds with a 200 code and a confirmation message.
