This section discusses the OTA Updates reports and views available after configuring the OTA Updates property in Property Manager.
OTA Updates dashboard provides the following types of reports.
Standard reports showing the amount of data used for OTA Updates. For customers who configure specific attributes, the report shows traffic grouped by the attributes.
Reports that are only available for those customers who configure the UID behavior. They provide the total number of unique cars that have leveraged the Akamai network, the total number of requests logged by an individual vehicle, and additional information about these requests such as a status of a request or the amount of data sent in a request.
Some reports could require a few hours for data collection before displaying meaningful information.
In Akamai Control Center, you can access the reports and views that you configured in your OTA Updates property.
Open the application.
Select OTA Updates:
In the new PORTAL_NAME_INITIAL UI, go to ☰ > WEB PERFORMANCE > Internet of things, and then select Over-the-air firmware updates.
In the classic Luna UI, on the Monitor menu or Configure menu, go to IoT and click either OTA Updates or Over the Air.
The OTA Updates reporting dashboard appears.
