Add a Missing Certificate

If you have created a Dual Stack enrollment but you have only uploaded either an RSA or an ECDSA certificate (and it is already active), use this action to add the missing certificate.

How to

  1. Click Allow Missing Certificate Addition from the Actions menu next to your certificate on the CPS landing page.

    A message that your request has been successfully published pops up.

  2. Go to the In Progress tab and proceed once the certificate gets listed there.

  3. To upload the missing certificate, click Upload a third-party certificate and trust chain from the Actions menu and follow the instructions in the linked section.
