General platform settings

The platform settings section offers configuration options for platform and feature flags that influence the way the platform behaves.

• Global pull secrets: Enter your username, password, email, and registry server to create your Dockerhub pull secret. Once added, this is connected to each "default" service account in all platform namespaces. This is helpful to avoid rate limiting when authenticating with DockerHub.
• External DNS: Set this to true when an external DNS zone is available to manage DNS records. The required DNS fields should be set prior to enabling this setting.
• External IDP: Set this to true when bringing your own external IDP such as Azure AD. The required OIDC fields should be set prior to enabling this setting.
• Node Selector: Customize how your workloads are scheduled on nodes. When a label-value pair is added, all platform workloads will be scheduled on the nodes with this label-value pair
• Version: The installed version of the Akamai App Platform. To upgrade, enter a valid newer release version. See the linode/apl-core releases page for the latest released versions.
