July 1, 2025 — Akamai App Platform launched (GA)

The Akamai App Platform has reached GA and is now available to all customers. The App Platform can be deployed on non-enterprise LKE clusters (LKE Enterprise support is coming soon) and functions as a pre-built Kubernetes developer platform. It is intended to accelerate your platform development so you can focus on building your application. For more details on the launch, read our blog post.
