Automatic installation on LKE is recommended

The recommended installation method for the Akamai App Platform is to install it automatically through Akamai Cloud. This method is easier and more seamless than the methods discussed in this section. For more details, see Automatic installation on LKE. If you require the use of other cloud providers or need further customization, read through the additional installation methods outlined on this page.

Manual installation methods

• Manual installation on LKE: Create an LKE cluster and manually install the Akamai App Platform. This is not recommended unless you have specific needs that are not addressed in the automatic deployment method.
• Custom installation on other Kubernetes services: Install the Akamai App Platform on any other conformant Kubernetes cluster.

Advanced setup configuration:
