Access MSL5
Follow these steps to access your account and the corresponding MSL5 link.
- Go to Akamai Control Center (ACC). This is the central hub for managing your Akamai services.
- Use your Akamai credentials to log in. If you do not have an account yet, contact your Akamai representative for assistance.
- Once you log in, you'll see a list of accounts associated with your credentials. Choose the account you wish to access. This step is crucial as it determines which MSL5 Portal view will be available to you.
Select the correct account
The account you select in Akamai Control Center is the only way to choose which MSL5 Portal view you access. Ensure you select the correct account to avoid any confusion or access issues.
- After selecting your account, you'll be redirected to the corresponding MSL5 link. This link provides you with the necessary access to the Portal Akamai Customer View.
Direct MSL5 Login is not supported
Using the MSL5 login page directly is not recommended if your organization has multiple accounts. It will always default to the primary account, which may not be the one you intend to use.
Review these tips if you encounter issues when attempting to access MSL5.
- Access Permission Verification. Ensure you have MSL5 product access in Akamai Control Center.
- Clear Browser Cache. Sometimes, clearing your browser cache can resolve login issues.
- Try a Different Browser. If you're having trouble, try logging in using a different web browser.
- Contact Support. If you are still having trouble, please take a screenshot of the error and reach out to Akatec for support.
