SSLHandshakeException error

For the client to successfully connect to the IDP URL, the Certificate Authority (CA) certificate that issued the IDP's TLS certificate must be present in the Android trust store. If the CA certificate is missing, you will be unable to access and log in to the IDP.

ChromeOS location group mapping and IPv6

When using IPv6, ChromeOS devices utilize temporary IPv6 addresses for external communication (via IPv6 Privacy Extensions) to prevent tracking. Because external services detect this temporary address instead of the actual IPv6 address of the device, location-based policies relying on strict IP address matching may not apply correctly.
To ensure the correct IPv6 address is mapped in your policies, retrieve the device's full IPv6 assignment directly from the OS rather than an external website:

  1. Install the Network Analyzer app from the Google Play Store on the ChromeOS device.
  2. Open the app to view all network interfaces and assigned addresses.
  3. Locate the IPv6 addresses section, then long-press to copy the address.
  4. Add this copied IPv6 address to your policy settings in Enterprise Center.
