Limitations
These limitations apply to the mobile client:
- Screen orientation. On smartphones, the mobile client supports portrait mode only.
- Device identification. Reinstalling or updating the client to a new version results in a new Device ID being generated for the device.
- EAA TCP-type client-access applications aren’t supported. For TCP-based applications, use the tunnel-type mode.
- Application destinations in Enterprise Center. If you have multiple destinations set up with the same wildcard hostname, the mobile client can see only the first one.
- IPv6-only networks aren't supported. You may experience connectivity issues when running the client in IPv6-only environments. The client requires IPv4 connectivity to access your organization's applications and resources.
- You cannot activate Threat Protection with an email address.
- Only DNS traffic is protected. SIA Proxy isn't supported.
- Walled garden isn’t supported.
- Letting users disable Threat Protection with an activation code isn't supported.
- Google Chrome is the only web browser currently supported on Android devices. Other browsers aren't supported.
