Ion service-level agreement

We maintain a service-level agreement (SLA) for Ion on ​Akamai Control Center​.

  1. Visit Control Center.
  2. Log in with an account that has access to create Ion properties.
  3. On the Control Center homepage, click Download Center.
  4. In the Media Delivery category, select Ion.
  5. Open Service-level agreement.
  6. Click ​Akamai​ Ion service-level agreement.pdf to download the SLA.
