Get a case category

Returns data required to create a case for a specific case category. To learn more about available case categories, see Categories of cases.

accountSwitchKey feature

This endpoint doesn't support the accountSwitchKey feature. Use the accountId member instead.

Enum Identifier for a category you want to get the details for. To get the list of categories available for an account, run the List available accounts operation. If you enter a category not available for the account, the operation returns a 404 error.
