Diagnostic Tools are resources to help you identify, analyze, and troubleshoot common content delivery network issues on your own.
The tools are divided into three categories:
- Network debugging tools. These tools can help you debug any network-related issues.
- Service debugging tools. These tools can help you debug any Akamai service-related issues.
- Traffic management tools. These tools can help you debug any Global Traffic Management (GTM)-related issues.

There are two ways in which you can access Diagnostic Tools:
From the Akamai Control Center main menu. Click the Services menu ☰ in the top corner of Akamai Control Center and then select Diagnostic Tools from the Support category.
From the Support card on the Akamai Control Center homepage. Expand the card and click Diagnostic Tools.
