Guardicore Platform Agent rollout process

The rollout process of Guardicore Platform Agent ensures a smooth and controlled deployment of new releases. This section outlines the steps involved in releasing new versions of Guardicore Platform Agent and their availability.

Limited Availability (LA)

When a release candidate of Guardicore Platform Agent is ready for testing, it's initially rolled out to a select group of customers who have specific bug reports or feature requests directly associated with that release. The limited availability period lets ​Akamai​ closely monitor the performance of the new version and actively work with the customers to address any issues. During that time, you can contact your ​Akamai​ account representative and request access to the LA version of the client.

General Availability (GA)

Once a version is ready for general adoption, it is marked as stable and becomes available to all customers in Enterprise Center.
