Guardicore Platform Agent rollout process
The rollout process of Guardicore Platform Agent ensures a smooth and controlled deployment of new releases. This section outlines the steps involved in releasing new versions of Guardicore Platform Agent and their availability.
Limited Availability (LA)
When a release candidate of Guardicore Platform Agent is ready for testing, it's initially rolled out to a select group of customers who have specific bug reports or feature requests directly associated with that release. The limited availability period lets Akamai closely monitor the performance of the new version and actively work with the customers to address any issues. During that time, you can contact your Akamai account representative and request access to the LA version of the client.
General Availability (GA)
Once a version is ready for general adoption, it is marked as stable and becomes available to all customers in Enterprise Center.
