Access saved reports

In the Reporting left menu, go to Custom reports > Custom reports list to view your saved custom reports. You can see the reports you’ve created and the reports that other users have shared with you.

There are two report types:

  • Owned. These are the reports you’ve created. You can open the report and apply new filters to get data. You can also edit the report and save your changes. Note that if you’ve shared the report with other users, the changes you save will impact other users, too. You edit the report for everybody.
  • Shared with me. You can open the report and apply new filters to get data. You can’t edit the report and save your changes. Only the report owner can do that. Instead, you can duplicate the report to create and save your own copy.

On the Custom reports list, you can see whether a report is public or private in the Visibility within account column:

  • Private report. The report you created and only you can see it. To make it public, share it with other users.
  • Public report. The report that is accessible to all authorized users within your account. It is either a report you created and shared with others or a report that someone else shared with you.
