Get started

To use this API for the first time:

  1. Make sure that Mutual TLS Edge Truststore is in your contract. You can find the list of products within your account in ​Akamai​ ​Control Center​ under Contracts. Contact your ​Akamai​ support team to enable Mutual TLS Edge Truststore if necessary.
  2. You need different permissions to access API functions. You can manage these permissions in ​Control Center​. Learn more about the access control model.
  3. Before you can use this API, you need to create authentication credentials.
  4. To enable this API, select the API service named mtls-edge-truststore-api, and choose READ-WRITE as the access level.
